LickLibrary.com operates an account based system so that its users can return to the site and remember preferences, place repeat orders and track orders. You may browse our website without registering an account or logging in to an account but in order to purchase anything from us you will need to register and activate an account. Members who have created and activated their account must first login to it before it can be used. To do this you should visit the login page of our website which is available from the main menu at the top of every page. Entering your username and pasword in the appropriate boxes and clicking the button will log you in to the account and transfer you to your personalised homepage.

Automatic Login:
If you have ticked the "Automatic Login" box we will create a cookie on your computer to help us remember information about you so that the next time you open Licklibrary.com you will automatically be logged in without the need to enter your username and password. No sensitive information will be stored in the "cookie" that we create - only your name, username, password and last login will be stored. This will have the effect that our website will recognise you each time you visit us and personalise its pages accordingly.

When you have finished your session on our website it is important that you click the "logout" option that appears on the menu. This will close your account so that new users to the website cannot get access to your shopping basket, wish list or order history.

NB: If you are using a computer that is for public use (e.g internet café) or at work and you do not wish other people to logon to your account, please ensure to UNTICK the box for Automatic Login PRIOR to login. If you wish to change this option, then select 'Logout' from the top menu, then select 'Login' and logon to the website, with the Automatic Login option UNTICKED.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
In order to keep the website running fast and efficiently, the host web server for Licklibrary is regularly 'refreshed' when certain resources on it are reaching their limits. This refresh can occur whilst you are logged onto the website (usually after 30 minutes of use) and will mean that you are subsequently logged off in the background. In the case of Full members this may mean the sudden loss of access to the full list of Jamtrax, Video Vault and Contributor articles available.

Therefore, in order to regain your appropriate membership level access of Licklibrary, you will need to logon to the website again and continue accordingly. We apologise if this may cause some inconvenience, but it ensures that the website runs as fast as possible for all our members.
