Oh, what I forgot: Also Slash plays the fast part of the 3rd Solo in another way, I think with a run from the lower frets to the higher ones, maybe this produces the special sound of the solo together with some slides. [br]

Who could help me here?

the jamtrax gives you a good indication of the beat, you could use that as a guide

With today's freeware available on the net, just slow down the original and with Danny's tutor as a guide it should be no problem.[br]
Slowing down fast parts always helps. Once you've mastered the lick, then speed it up bit by bit.

Thanks for your answers! Ricky: I already used audacity to slow it down, it helped me just a little bit. it would help me more to see the mid speed version and to hear.[br]
[br]
Pascal: I will check out the Jam DVD, thx![br]

Hi Benjamin, I know what you mean, myself I like the SOLOS dvd's a lot, because of the slowed down versions they play.[br]
I have the Jam With G'nR dvd too, it is shown here more as like Slash plays it.[br]
I recorded my version of this main solo and placed it on Lickspace, and I played it the way Danny does on the Jam With dvd, it's a really fine solo :[br]

Hi guys[br]
I use The Amazing Slow Downer a lot for figuring out trax. Great practice tool too--you can also take jams and put them in different keys without changing the tempo.[br]

Cheers[br]
