Hi Mani[br]
Hate to give you a cliche but there really is no right or wrong way. Marty Friedman holds his pick much differently than Paul Gilbert but they are both great. Claptons vibrato is much different than Angus Young yet both are great. Whats important is to not work on the technique just for the sake of technique but to work on technique to achieve your musical ideas.[br]
If the ideas are good, all the technique issues go away.[br]
Look at Tony Iommi and Django![br]
Good luck[br]
