Danny suggested a slight variation to the program order. Here's what he told me:[br]
[br]
[strong]Here is the order as far as difficulty from easiest to most difficult:[br]
[br]
1. 5 Minute Lessons[br]
2. Rock Guitar in 6 Weeks[br]
3. Harmony and Theory Basics[br]
4. Rock Rhythm[br]
5. U2[br]
6. GnR[br]
[br]
Enjoy for those who purchased something similar![br]

Between Jamie M and Danny Gil.[br]
[br]
Why the discrepancy between #2, #3, (reversed) and #5 and #6 (reversed).[br]
[br]
Can you share your opinions on why you came to those conclusions?[br]
thanks[br]

gnr is definatley harder than u2 so thats obvious. but not sure why he picked the h & t over rock in 6 weeks. maybe a lot of harmony and theory is covered in both. ??

He stated the order he picked is in degree of [strong]easiest to most difficult for LEARNING[/strong]. Note: This may or may not be the same as what order would necessarily be best to get me to playing G&R and U2 most effectively in terms of [strong]mastering performances[/strong] of these 2 artists![br]
[br]
As a professional musician he obviously knows what he is saying, but I think i myself will take a peek a boo at both Rock guitar and theory to see which one my own ";desire"; leads to me to learning first with deep interest. [br]
[br]
BTW Thanks for the tips on the other thread regarding G&R AdamR.. [br]
[br]
I think I've found a new addiction in my life with this guitar playing ... LOL![br]

Hi guys[br]
Ideally the rock guitar in 6 week course would be taught simultaneously with harmony and theory.[br]
I chose the 6 week course first so you could get some playing under your fingers before diving into the theory--but it's all good.[br]
[br]
At music school, we would have a class on rhythm guitar, one on lead guitar, one on ear training, one on reading, etc. So that at the end of the day we were exposed to a bit of everything.[br]
[br]
Cheers[br]
Danny
