Tue, 25 Aug 2009
Kiss have released details of their 35th anniversary tour which will see the veteran group rock their way across North America between September and December. Coming just in time for the Wal-Mart-exclusive release of their new album “Sonic Boom,” Kiss are promising fans no less than a spectacular live experience, and have even given audiences an insight into their set-list.
Kicking off the tour in Detroit, where the group recorded their 1975 “Alive!” album, Kiss have promised Detroit fans that they will be performing the track-list from “Alive!” which saw them gain their first top 40 hit with “Rock And Roll All Nite.”
They will also be performing their greatest hits as well as songs from the upcoming “Sonic Boom” album which is due for release from Oct 6th.
Gene Simmons has promised a “pyro-arsenal” adding that “for 35 years Kiss raised the bar of what a rock concert should really be, and this year is no different. All new, all killer, all Kiss!”
