Watch out: Slayer are set to Hijack Myspace Music for a very scary Halloween!

Starting tonight (Friday October 30th) at midnight, Slayer will take over the Music homepage of Myspace and the brand new Music Video Homepage for the entire Halloween weekend!

Trick or Treat? Well the first treat from Slayer will be the exclusive premiere of the new album, “World Painted Blood” which is due for release next week.  There will also be an exclusive chance to view the video graphic novel “Playing With Dolls” only on Myspace Music only during the weekend which will then become part of the “World Painted Blood” deluxe edition.

Not the run of the mill music video for Slayer, this 20 minute video was created and directed by Mark Brooks (“Metalocalypse”) and is a 12 part nightmare that ‘breathes corrupt life into Slayer’s latest syllabus of stalkers, psychopaths and serial killers, merging their aberrant psyches into the supremely focused desire of a single, merciless malcontent’

To finish up the Myspace Music take over, every slot on the video homepage will be filled with Slayer music videos, shout-outs, and clips of the band providing some behind the scenes insights on the album and other no doubt terrifying tales.

Slayer are on tour throughout November & December in Europe.
