Metallica announce new tour dates!

Metallica announced via their official website they’re coming back to Europe in April 2010, although only 3 dates (in Norway and Russia) have been announced they have promised that within the next week there will be more dates added!

Last week the band announced their Latin America tour dates but today the following statement was posted to their official website, “Europe??’ You’re thinking, ‘weren’t you guys just talking about Latin America a minute ago?’ Well, yes, but we thought we would mix it up a little here and jump ahead to April to tell you about some shows happening then.”

With Download & Sonisphere Festivals still to announce their line ups will Metallica be on one of them here in the UK, and maybe the other European festivals?  Who knows, we’ll have to wait just a little longer to find a tour date near us!
