The Who confirmed for the Super Bowl!

After much speculation and denial, finally confirmation that the SuperBowl rumours are true! The Who will play the halftime show at Super Bowl XLIV confirms as source yesterday to Rolling Stone magazine.
They will follow in the footsteps of fellow Classic Rock acts Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, Sir Paul McCartney, Prince and Tom Petty by playing American football's biggest event of the year.

The official Statement from the band and the NFL is expected on Thanksgiving Day, and the game will take place on February 7th 2010 in Miami.
