Hot on the coat tails of Saturday's Guitarfest, Sunday at the NIA hosted Drumfest 2009. Among the list of performers on the skins were the legendary Gregg Bissonette & Simon Phillips, along with drum and bass meister Jojo Mayer. Jason Bonham was also scheduled to attend but had to cancel at the last minute after being locked inside his own home! Also on the bill were metal sticksman Jason Bittner and rock journeyman Carmine Appice.

The even which was covered as part of LickLibrary's live webcast from the National Indoor Arena in Birminghm firmly cemented it's reputation as the largest event of it's kind anywhere in the world.
