Black Sabbath announce deluxe re-releases for September
Tue, 25 Aug 2009
Heavy Metal legends Black Sabbath are set to release 5 re-mastered classic albums as deluxe edition digi-packs for September 21st!
The news comes soon after previous re-issued deluxe versions of “Black Sabbath” “Paranoid” and “Master of Reality” were released, and this 5 album special re-release will see Black Sabbath’s works between 1972 and 1978 get a make-over.
The deluxe re-issues will include: “Vol. 4” (1972) “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath” (1973) “Sabotage” (1975) “Technical Ecstasy” (1976) and “Never Say Die” (1978).
These deluxe editions are said to contain a whole host of extras, and if Sabbath’s previous deluxe re-issues are anything to go by, fans will not be disappointed.
The five deluxe digi-packs will contain previously unreleased songs, and all new artwork and inlay notes for the albums, which are still considered as some of Ozzy Osbourne, Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi and Bill Ward’s finest material, and hugely important in the evolution of metal.
