Kings Of Leon announce free gig in St Louis to make up for the 'Bird incident'

Kings of Leon have announced they will play a free gig for the fans in St Louis that they disappointed on July 23rd when they walked off stage after just 3 songs.
Today the band and promoters Live Nation have announced details of a free gig which sees the band returning to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater on September 25th.
"As soon as what happened happened, we knew we were going to come back," Bassist Jared Followill told newspaper STLtoday and Post-Despatch, "We knew (leaving) would be horrible, and we knew people were not going to be happy. We were just trying to figure out the best way and the easiest way to get back and make it better."
