The Who and Jeff Beck to play charity gig in January

The Who, Jeff Beck, Richard Ashcroft and Debbie Harry will all play at London's Hammersmith Apollo on January 13th to raise money for Killing Cancer Charity.

'Killing Cancer' are a charity who fund research into Photodynamic Therapy (PDT), the therapy destroys cancer cells in one treatment.

"Any new breakthrough in cancer treatment should be taken very seriously and we want as many people to know about that as possible. The concert is not just going to raise funds to pay for new PDT trials, but will also help raise public awareness." Jeff Beck said when speaking about his support for the charity.
