Guns N Roses guitarist, DJ Ashba squashed Slash/Axl reunion rumours

Current Guns N Roses guitarist Daren "DJ" Ashba has squashed rumours of a possible reunion between Axl Rose and former Guns N Roses guitarist Slash.

In a recent interview with Australian Radio Station Triple M which you can hear in the clip below he explains that the rumours that Slash would be possibly collaborate with the band in the future were "completely false".  He continued to say "I know Axl really, really well, and he basically said that would be a cold day in hell [before they work together]."

Despite the fued between Axl and Slash the current GNR guitarist doesn't share the same feelings as his frontman towards the former lead guitarist, "I'm just happy to be in the shoes of an amazing, legendary guitar player,"

He also said when asked if they would be onstage on time that night that its actually always the bands room service that makes them late, not the frontman. "It isn't even Axl that's late, it's always our room service that's late, we're waiting to eat before we go on," he jokes in the interview.
