Good Charlotte Guitarist wins celebrity boxing match

Last weekend Good Charlotte's Benji Madden won a celebrity boxing match in Las Vegas.  The guitarist went head to head with MTV's Ricky Rachtman after months of built up tension between the two.  

Rachtman who was cocky and confident in the lead up to the Ellismania 5 event held at Hard Rock Hotel's The Joint in Las Vegas lost to Madden in a match lasting less than two minutes announced at the end of the match, "Benji Madden just kicked my a**. I got wasted by the guy in Good Charlotte."

 The referee stopped the fight during the first round and crowned Benji Madden the winner by technical knock out after he knocked the MTV host to the floor three times during the short match.
