Avenged Sevenfold's Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan honoured at Golden God Awards

Last night LA's Nokia Theater played host to Revolver Magazine's Golden God Awards 2010, you can see the winners below.

Avenged Sevenfold's drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan,  who sadly passed away late December 2009 was represented by bandmate M Shadows and his Jimmy's parents.  His parents and childhood friend Matt (M Shadows) took the stage to accept the award in his memory to thank everyone Revolver Magazine reported on their twitter.  

Fans and friends of Jimmy have been commenting throughout the night and day their delight of the news including Good Charlotte's Joel Madden, Atreyu's Alex Varkatzas and Dream Theater's Mike Portnoy who said "Chris was hosting the show and Matt attended with Jimmy's parents to accept the award...I am very happy he won...much love & respect! : )".  From all of us at LickLibrary congratulations, its a great tribute to a talented drummer.
