Avenged Sevenfold prepare to give you Nightmares!

Last night an A7X fansite, DeathBatNews shared the news of the new Avenged Sevenfold single, entitled "Nightmare" had been listed on amazon.com.

This will be the first single from the upcoming album (rumoured for release late July) featuring Dream Theater's Mike Portnoy on drums in honour of Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, who sadly passed away at the end of 2009.

The date of release in the US according to Amazon is May 18th (traditionally UK releases are Mondays, so possibly 17th).

The track will be a 6 minute 17 second piece in which amazon had made a 30 second clip available for preview but this has since been removed by the site, and all YouTube uploads of the preview has been removed by the band's record label.
