Linkin Park announce new album release date and you could be on the new album!

Linkin Park will release their new studio album on September 13th(UK) and 14th(US), and are giving fans a unique opportunity to be on the album.

The first single from the new album entitled "A Thousand Suns" will be called "The Catalyst", set for release August 2nd (1st in the UK) and are giving their fans a chance to be on the new album by teaming up with Myspace.com for the "Linkin Park, Featuring You" contest.  They want the fans, using the provided audio, to remix, write over or create something completely new to go with the song.  The band will choose their favourite to come into the studio to play on one of their songs.
