Slipknot/Stone Sour's Corey Taylor to present a week of Rock Radio
Fri, 03 Sep 2010
Roadrunner Records and Rock Radio announced earlier this week that Slipknot/Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor will present an entire week of Rock Radio next week.
Every evening from Monday at 6pm, Corey Taylor will be playing his favourite songs and also tracks from the new Stone Sour album, Audio Secrecy.
“Call it a week of eclectic pleasure. I have many different tastes and that’s going to be reflected in what I force upon you. I’ve got my Hello Kitty diary full of notes – I’d love to get a hug from Debbie Harry and smell her hair. Kim Wilde’s Kids in America is a great song. Elvis Costello is great and I have a Chrissie Hynde story but I’m not
going to tell it because it would get me in trouble.” Corey says about the show.
You can listen in online at www.rockradio.co.uk.
Stone Sour's new album "Audio Secrecy" is out next week, and you can hear the exclusive online streaming on NME.com if you don't want to wait. Later this month Slipknot release a new live DVD featuring the bands headlining performance at last year's Download Festival which their record label are giving fans the chance to win tickets to an exclusive screening for fans in the UK here.
