ESP announce new Metallica signature models

ESP Guitars have released details of the new models for 2011
including a two new Signature guitars from Metallica's Kirk Hammett & James Hetfield.
First up is the brand new James Hetfield Snakebyte, available in Black or Snow White and featuring a pearloid snake inlay on the fingerboard. (Pictured right). The Snakebyte is available for both ESP and LTD and boasts a "bunch of high-end components, including Sperzel locking tuners, Schaller straplocks, a Tonepros locking bridge/tailpiece, and EMG 81 (bridge) / EMG 60 (neck) active pickups."
Bandmate Kirk Hammett also has another limited edition being introduced in 2011, which is the ESP KH-2 SE and the LTD KH-SE (Pictured below). These will be special edition guitars limited to just 100 available for the ESP and the 300 for the LTD guitar. "Highlighted by a brilliant Metallic Greenburst finish, the ESP KH-2 SE offers neck-thru-body construction, a 25.5” scale, an alder body, and maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, 24 XJ frets (with frets 17-24 scalloped), and green pearloid skull inlays."
