Foo Fighters showcase new album at Wembley Arena and a secret London gig

This image has been reduced in size - click here to view full sizeThe Foo Fighters played their first real gig in two years this past week at London's Wembley Arena to a sold out crowd where they showcased their new album 'Wasted Light'.

Addressing the excited crowd in the arena, frontman Dave Grohl said "You guys realise this is like out first f*cking show in two years. It's nice to say we're back."Playing an 18 song set they showcased new songs, "Rope", "White Limo" and "These Days" anf of course played their fan favourite hits "Monkey Wrench", "All My Life", "The Pretender", "Everlong" and many more.

Then the next night (Friday night), the band played an intimate gig at Camden's Dingwalls for 500 lucky fans, the secret gig had the band billed under the name 'White Limo'. "This is not an arena rock show," Dave Grohl announced as he took to the stage, "This is something different. We're gonna be here a long time, so get comfortable."  
Fans have reported that the secret gig ran for almost three hours.
