Foo Fighters to release 'covers album' for Record Store Day

Foo Fighters have announced they will be releasing a covers album next month to celebrate Record Store Day.

The band will cover hits from Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, cream, Thin Lizzy, Prince, The Ramones and many more classic tracks (see full list below), on their 'Medium Rare' album.

The album will be released on vinyl in participating Record Store Day stores on April 16th.

The band will also be releasing their latest studio album, 'Wasting Light' on April 11th.
