U2 and Bon Jovi to appear on Japan charity album

Bon Jovi and U2 are set to appear on a charity album to benefit those affected by the recent Japanese Earthquakes and Tsunamis.  

Also on the album is Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber, whilst it is greatly rumoured that Lady Gaga will be added, who's fans raised over £153,000 in first two days of sales when she designed and put onsale a "We Pray For Japan" rubber wristband.

Currently no tracklisting has been announced or a name, but bosses at Universal Music have said they the hope album would be available by the end of the week, according to BBC news.


Money raised from album sales will go to the Japanese Red Cross.
