Stereophonics are recording a new album

Stereophonics confirmed they were working on their new album in Europe this week.

In an interview with Bang Showbiz at last Friday's London premiere of the ACDC: Live at the Riverplate movie, frontman Kelly Jones revealed, "The album is really good so far. We've been in the studio for a few weeks and we're off to Europe next week to do some more recording. The style is a bit different, we're doing some stuff for films so you'll have to wait and see."

The album will be the Welsh band's 8th studio album, following on from their last release "Keep Calm and Carry On".
