Arctic Monkeys streaming album online

Tue, 31 May 2011

The Arctic Monkeys release their new album, "Suck It And See" next Monday (6th June) and ahead of its release are streaming it online at www.arcticmonkeys.com.

The album will be the bands follow up to their 2009 'Humbug' album, and one of the tracks "All My Own Stunts" features backing vocals from Queens of the Stoneage frontman Josh Homme.

Arctic Monkeys are just finishing up a US tour before heading back to the UK to play two large shows at Sheffield's Don Valley Stadium.

In an interview with BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe recently frontman Alex Turner talked about the new album and explained the band only recorded the 12 songs that made the final cut, "We just recorded those ones. We didn't want to do that thing were you record 20 songs and then narrow it down."

Head over to their website to check out the new album for yourself.
