KISS live chat sets new world record

KISS founders Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have set a Guinness World Record with their recent 'KISS Live & Global' chat event on May 20th with organizers Ortsbo.com.
Paul and Gene or The Starchild and The Demon, if you referring to their stage personas, chatted with fans from around the world via Ortsbo.com which enables real-time conversational translation in over 50 languages by intergrating with popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, MSN Messenger, Google Talk and Yahoo! Messenger.
The event set a world record for 'Most Nationalities in an Online Chat' with people from 92 different countries speaking to the glam-rock kings in more than 50 languages with participants communicating via personal computers, iPhones and Android devices.
Paul Stanley comments, "I'm thrilled to be a part of a Guinness World Record, especially one that brings together so many people from around the world. It was thrilling to be able to understand the comments from so many nationalities, and be able to conduct translated conversations in real-time."
