Rush to release 'Time Machine' DVD later this year
Fri, 10 Jun 2011
A new Rush live DVD which captures the band's April 15th performance at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland will be available later this year.
'Time Machine' which is the title of the new live DVD and Blu-Ray has been slated for a September release date although fan site RushIsABand speculates that the release may be pushed back to October or even November. The website also reports that 'Time Machine' will be distributed by Concord Records who bought Rounder Records last year, the company responsible for distributing the last 3 Rush DVD's.
Rush's Cleveland performance is made even more poignant as it marked their first full length filming on US soil. Cleveland is also notable for being one of the first U.S cities were Rush performed as well as being the first city to provide Rush with airplay when radio station WMMS first picked up their debut album in 1974.
'Time Machine' is expected to arrive on September 27th 2011.
