Motley Crue are definitely enjoying themselves on tour as drummer Tommy L
ee invited one lucky fan in Dallas, Texas to join him on the ride of a lifetime on his drumkit rollercoaster, strapping the lucky guy in to his new Pearl set up and riding upside down on his drum riser.
Last year the drummer told Rhythm Magazine it was one of his dreams to be able to put his kit on a giant rollercoaster and take his fans with him on the world's most dangerous drum solo. "I think I've figured out a way to do it where you wouldn't have to drag a rollercoaster around the world at every show." he'd said in the interview. It seems he got his wish, in some way with the new tour.

In other news, Tommy Lee recently spoke to NoiseCreep about his belief that the days of full length albums are over, "No one buys them anymore." he says. "I'll never make another full record I think. It's a waste of time cause people can only ingest a song at a time, so why not make bitching songs at a time and release them. If you want to call them singles, great, whatever; or at its maximum, an EP, four songs, done, boom. I just really feel like the days of the entire record are long gone."
