Red Hot Chili Peppers announce European Tour dates

Fri, 17 Jun 2011

Red Hot Chili Peppers are definitely back!  Last week the band announced details of the new album "I'm With You", which will be released at the end of August.  Produced by Rich Rubin, the band seem excited about their upcoming release, if singer Anthony Kiedis's first interview about the new release is anything to go by.

"There is no question – this is a beginning," the frontman tells RollingStone.com. The album is the band's first with new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, who replaced John Frusciante when he left the band at the end of 2009.

"Josh has not lacked the necessary assertions," Kiedis says about the new boy. "His voice is as dominant as any other voice on the record."

"I know when we write mediocre stuff, and when we write good stuff," The singer adds. "I can't wait to go out and play this."

The tracklisting for "I'm With You" will be:
