Chickenfoot album release date revealed

Chickenfoot have revealed the release date for their second studio for this coming September.

The still untitled second release, will be released on 26th September (27th US). The album was given a working title of Chickenfoot IV but has not yet been confirmed.

The band are set to release the first single from the record later this month, which will be called "Bigfoot".

Bassist Michael Anthony has described the release as "alot heavier" than the debut album, (Released in June 2009).

Chickenfoot are Sammy Hagar, Joe Satriani, Chad Smith and Michael Anthony.
