Prince closes UK's Hop Farm Festival with Beatles and Bob Dylan covers

Tue, 05 Jul 2011

Last weekend, Prince, played his first UK date in over two years at the Hop Farm Festival in Kent.

Closing the Paddock Wood Festival the pop icon incorporated a number of covers into his set, including Michael Jackson's "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough", The Beatles' "Come Together", and Bob Dylan's hit "Make You Feel My Love", and Sinead O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U".

He was joined my Larry Graham from Sly And The Family Stone for a cover of the hit "Play That Funky Music".

Unfortunately it appears Prince's record label have removed any high quality fan-filmed footage from YouTube, which should come as no surprise as he has no love for the video website, see here for details.
