RHCP unveil artwork for forthcoming album

The Rick Rubin produced record will be the Chilli's first since, 'Stadium Arcadium' released in 2006 and which was also produced by the music enigma that is Rubin. It will also be the first album without guitarist, John Frusciante since the 'One Hot Minute' LP released 1995.

The band posted a newsletter yesterday (5th July) in which they reveal the artwork, designed by British artisit Damien Hirst, for the upcoming record along with this following message: 

"Check out our new album cover – officially revealed! Damien Hirst did it for us and we’re happy to get this out to ya!"
