Absolute Radio to air Queen season

Absolute Radio (105.8) has announced they will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Queen with a series, entitled Killer Queen.
The two part Queen feature will include exclusive interviews with both Brian May & Roger Taylor along with contributions from artists such as Tom Chaplin of Keane, Dave Stewart of Eurythmics and comedian, actor and Queen impresario - Rhys Thomas.
The shows have been produced by Absolute along with TBI Media and will air on Monday 22nd August from 8pm - 9pm and part two will follow on Tuesday 23rd August from 8pm - 9pm.
Absolute Classic Rock will be playing classic Queen tracks along with competitions and live shows in the week leading up to the broadcasts.
The station is also working with the Mercury Phoenix Trust to raise awareness of the Freddie For A Day campaign which is Global Aids charity set up in the Queen legends name back in 1992.
