Aerosmith classics to be made available on iTunes

Aerosmith and iTunes have agreed on a groundbreaking deal to add never-before-released digital renditions of Aerosmith classics to their web based service for the very first time, reports the New York Post.

Apple & Columbia Records announced yesterday (24th Aug) that Aerosmith recordings from 1973 until 1987 will be made available on iTunes from September 6.

Such classics as 'Toys in the Attic', 'Get Your Wings' and 'Rock' are already available to purchase through Apple but a further 14 more albums will all be added to the bands iTunes catalogue.

The deal follows the agreement met between iTunes & The Beatles along with their record label, EMI in November last year.
