Bono talks about "Achtung Baby" covers album

U2 debuted their "From The Sky Down" film at the Toronto International Film Festival this past weekend, which celebrates the twentieth anniversary of their hit album "Achtung Baby".

Frontman Bono, has also revealed that some of the biggest names in music will appear on a cover of the "Achtung Baby" album, commissioned by Q Magazine to mark the 20th anniversary.

Already named to feature on the record are, Jack White, Pattie Smith, Depech Mode and Damien Rice.

Speaking about the album the frontman reveals, "Jack White did 'Love Is Blindness', Depeche Mode did 'So Cruel', Patti Smith did 'Until the End of the World', Damien Rice did 'One'; the list goes on and it's a list of the most incredible artists." 

The 20 Years of Achtung Baby covers album is due for release on October 31st to tie in with the album re-issue.
