Tue, 20 Sep 2011
As the 2012 London Olympics draw nearer, the rumoured acts performing at the event next summer keep rolling in through the internet.

Queen drummer, Roger Taylor has loosely hinted at the possibility of live shows next summer with Free frontman Paul Rodgers, including that of the Olympics.
Paul Rodgers and Queen toured and recorded together from 2004-2009 but have not collaborated since then.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Magazine to talk about "The Queen Extravaganza" - their hunt to create their very own Tribute band the drummer revealed, "I wouldn't rule it out." in response to if there would be any special shows with Rodgers in the future, "In fact I read the other day Paul said he wouldn't mind doing something. If something came up as special, we could maybe do that, maybe the Olympics or something. But I certainly wouldn't rule it out and he is a wonderful singer, there's no doubt about that."
