My Chemical Romance could have new album out by "next summer"

Despite firing their drummer Michael Pedicone last month after he was allegedly caught stealing from the band, My Chemical Romance fans could see a new album by next summer says guitarist Frank Iero.

Speaking recently to Rolling Stone Magazine he revealed the band would be working on new material for the remainder of 2010.

"Whether it be writing a new My Chem record or working on a different kind of project, there are a couple of things coming in the works," Iero tells Rolling Stone before adding, "hopefully maybe something coming out by summer."Frank Iero has also recently designed a guitar for Charity with Epiphone called the "Phant-o-matic" read more about the guitar at RollingStone.com.
