Alter Bridge filming new live DVD on UK tour

With their 2012 break coming up for frontman Myles Kennedy to record with guitar legend Slash, and the remaining members to return to their band Creed for a new record, Alter Bridge will be filming a new live DVD at their UK shows.

In an interview with Total Guitar guitarist Mark Tremonti revealed that the band will be filming their Wembley Arena show and a handful of other shows on the tour.

Fans heading out to see the band on their European trek can expect a mix of songs on the setlist and says they plan to "Pull out some oldies that we haven't played in a while and see which ones sound best on the tour so we can hopefully record those for the DVD.".
