Metallica and Lou Reed confirm music video director

Lou Reed and Metallica released their collaboration album, "Lulu" earlier this week and yesterday named director for their first music video together.

In a press release the band named award winning director Darren Aronofsky as the man to take charge of their music video for their track "Iced Honey", the director is known for his work on movies "Black Swan" and "The Wrestler".

In a statement yesterday, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich said working with Lou Reed and Darren Aronofsky was like "Living the dream!"The music video will be filmed in the San Francisco Bay area and they are planning to release it later this month (November).
