Fans of Paul Weller and his former band, The Jam, won't be se
eing him following the 'reunion' trend thats making the rounds.
In an interview with Shortlist.com, Paul Weller spoke about the recent Stone Roses reunion and the rumoured possibility of an Oasis reunion, the musician says he hopes he'll "Never be that skint" to want to reform his old band The Jam.
"Money talks, doesn’t it?" he says of why he believes the reunion trend is 'big business' at the moment.
"It’s either bands reforming, bands playing their classic album or tribute bands." he comments, before concluding that fans won't see him playing a classic album from 20 years ago on his next tour, saying "I’m going to go out and play a classic album next year, but it’ll be my f*cking new one. Not one from 20 years ago."
