X Factor's newly reinstated Amelia Lily is currently the favourite at 7/2, but the classic grunge anthem is in close contention.

If you are wondering how the seminal 1991 single is currently the second favourite for the lucrative #1 position, then it's down to the organizers of this year's 'Nirvana For Christmas No.1' facebook campaign. 'But now we're involved in a costly legal debate which takes valuable funds away from delivering services to young people,' he continued. 'We're at a loss as to why anyone would even consider trying to find a legal loophole to ensure a band can continue to use the name of a small yet highly-respected charity
