Chickenfoot to play free live concert to celebrate the release of "Chickenfoot III"

To celebrate the release of their second album, "Chickenfoot III", Chickenfoot are offering fans a chance to see them for free in their live concert webcast performed from TRI Studios in California on September 27th.

During the live show, the band will perform tracks from the new record and then answer 30 minutes of fan questions which fans can submit theirs on the bands website www.chickenfoot.us.

The live show will start at 6pm (PST) on 27th September - Which will be 2am on the 28th(GMT-UK).

Speaking about the upcoming live webcast frontman Sammy Hagar said, "These are exciting times, when a band can have the technology to allow them to perform in a state-of-the-art setting and take that performance out around the world is amazing! I'm up for that!"

It has not been confirmed if drummer Chad Smith will be joining them during the live show and Q&A or if his temporary replacement Kenny Aronoff will be stepping in whilst he continues touring and promoting the new Red Hot Chili Peppers record.
