Tue, 03 Jan 2012

Alice Cooper & Aerosmith's Steven TylerAlice Cooper performed alongside Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and parody songwriter Weird Al this New Year for supporters of the Maui Food Bank and the Mauri Arts and Cultural Center.

During a holiday fundraising benefit concert which took place at the Mala Wailea restaurant the trio took to the stage for a rendition of The Beatles classic 'Come Together'. Tyler also sang Aerosmith's 'Sweet Emotion' and 'Walk This Way'.

'Alice has to read the lyrics off a cheat sheet, but Tyler obviously knows the song cold – and Yankovic definitely knows his Beatles' reported Rolling Stone

The bill also included Pat Simons and Michael McDonald of the Doobie Brothers plus Bob Rock whilst comedian Tom Arnold hosted the event.
