RATM's Tom Morello to feature on new Bruce Springsteen album
Thu, 19 Jan 2012
Rage Against The Machine guitar ace, Tom Morello, will feature on Bruce Springsteen's new album, according to the Boss' manager Jon Landau.
In an interview with Rolling Stone Landau describes Springsteen's 17th studio effort, entitled 'Wrecking Ball', as:
"A big-picture piece of work. It's a rock record that combines elements of both Bruce's classic sound and his Seeger Sessions experience, with new textures and styles."
The record was produced by new producer Ron Aniello and according to the Landau various E Street members contributed to the album, as did The Nightwatchman himself, Tom Morello.
"It was an experimental effort with a new producer. Bruce and Ron used a wide variety of players to create something that both rocks and is very fresh."
The E Street Band will spend most of 2012 on the road, including spring and fall U.S. runs and a summer European tour. However, dates are yet to be announced.
