This is very basic and I probably could've skipped on this DVD BUT ...I will say it's a great introduction to Andy's teaching style and he does show how creative he can be using just a few notes.
One other thing is I wish he would have 2 or more versions of the backing tracks ...maybe one at 50% full speed and one at 75% so that I don't have to record them, create an .mp3 and then play them back using software that slows them down. I can't play as fast as him, and I really don't know how long it'll take me to get up to speed to play along with the included backing track.
