As the above reviewers have said, I agree Dave K is a great player and all round nice guy (he certainly look the part in the DVD as well!) but he is a little casual and off the cuff. Sticking with it will reward most players to get something out of it and may get you past some sticking points you may had with bits of tab or whatever. If you're into Schenker it adds to your knowledge but on it's own don't expect miracles from it.

If you are a Schenker fan then this dvd will really appeal to you. You can learn 5 UFO classics & there is something for eveyone here. Beginners will be able to have a go at the rhythm parts for Natural Thing, Only You Can Rock Me & Doctor Doctor. Intermediates can try alot of the solo licks and advanced players can learn the whole thing. A word of caution though, to truly nail the solos for Lights Out & Rock Bottom takes a great deal of practice, even for advanced players, but it can be done with perserverance.
The only downside to this lesson is Dave Kilminster, obviously a terrific player but it has to be said that his offhand casual style is very offputting. However, if you love Schenker/UFO I'd say this is a decent buy. Rating 3 out of 5.
