I've been trapped in the pentatonic scale for the last 10 years, mainly my own fault, I hate anything theoretical. Then i discovered Licklibrary DVD's, I have just watched Stuart Bull's Electric Blues In 6 weeks DVD 1 and after 5 min's broke out of my limited pentatonic scale fug and am keen to learn more. Great approach, easy to understand and gets results quickly, I recommend this DVD to the "always been a Rhythm player" who wants to learn some lead! Great stuff Stuart, thanks,Geoff

I am a huge fan of the Licklibrary and have dozens of the DVDs, and the whole 6 Blues DVD series which are great, but the lack of any TAB is a real shame. I understand that for publishing rights, transcriptions of "hit" songs can't be printed, but for scales and patterns? and original runs/riffs? Sorry, but I don't get it. Tell you what, I would gladly pay an extra £20 for a companion book to the series with all the TABS, and scale patterns. Any chance of providing one?

I have found this DVD fantastic and I really enjoy Stuarts approach. I think that not having the tab etc makes me focus even more than the other DVDs which do come with TAB. I am certainly becoming more aware of the note positions and using my ears to follow, so providing myself with that all valuable ear training. I would highly recommend this DVD!

good approach to a different way of learning the blues, but unfortunitley your courses " DVD " doesn't come with tabs & strumming pattens.and this make it hard to reach other misician which english not there first language. thanks
