Guns N' Roses - Pro Shot Bridge School Benefit

Mon, 22 October 2012
Axl and crew were joined by Jack White, Eddie Vedder, Neil Young and many more over the course of the night to aid Young's 26th annual Bridge School Benefit.

The 8 hour concert to help fund Young's wife's (Pegi Young) school which works to help people with physical and speech impairements through alternative methods, was broadcast online. The whole extravaganza which was billed to include Guns N' Roses, Neil Young, Jack White, The Flaming Lips, Sarah McLachlan, Foster the People, Lucinda Williams, Steve Martin, Steep Canyon Rangers, K.D. Lang, Siss Boom Bang and Gary Clark Jr was available to stream for jus a $10 donation.

We're obviously most interested in Guns n' Roses here in the office, and have just found this pro sho footage on youtube which shows some of the band's 7 song setlist

1. You're Crazy
2. Used To Love Her
3. Welcome To The Jungle
4. Better
5. Patience
6. Sweet Child O' Mine
7. Paradise City

Some other reports suggest that the audience grew restless when Guns didn't make it to stage on time, thinking that Axl had ruined the night, in actual fact it was because of a planned surprise appearance from Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder.

The night also included a stomping set from White Stripes main man Jack White, and Neil Young. If Guns don't float your boat, we've also come across a full audio recording of Neil Young's set.
