Paranoid was the breakthrough single from Black Sabbath, the fathers of heavy metal, way back in 1970 and taken from the album of the album Paranoid. Played by Tony Iommi this up tempo rock tune in E is an absolute must know for the aspiring rock guitar player and is often considered one of the greatest heavy metal songs of all time.
