A decent lesson for beginner/intermediate level metal players. Andy James is a good instructor who explains everything in detail & demonstrates the techniques well too. The 3 pieces you learn are all of value but to be honest there isn't much here for an advanced player. The lesson is also a tad short, it could have done with an additional up tempo piece for advanced players as well. All in all though, a good lesson for novice/intermediate metallers. Rating 3/5.

Great DVD, alot of usefull techniques....I just wish you were able to download mp3 version of the backings....
