Some well phrased Em pentatonic and blues scale licks will sound great over the first section of this Ozzy style guitar backing track. The key shifts to F#m so transpose your licks and scales two frets up. However, the best choice here is F# Phrygian Dominant (B Harmonic Minor). The Dorian mode will also work really well over section one.
